Exhaust upgrade tiers

When to skip the upgrade
- Tight PI builds (S1 cap) where you need every PI for tires/aero.
- Drift builds — you usually want a slightly softer power band.
- Cruise builds — keep the stock exhaust note for the ASMR.
When to max it
- Drag races — every percent matters in 1/4 mile.
- Top-speed runs at the airport.
- S2 / X class builds where PI ceiling is uncapped or generous.
