Forza Horizon 6 — Parents Guide
The honest summary, written for parents (not lawyers).
Last updated:
Age rating
Forza Horizon 6 is expected to carry the same ratings as FH5: ESRB E (Everyone) in North America, PEGI 3 in Europe.
Violence / Mature content
- No real violence — it's a racing game.
- Reckless driving is the whole gameplay loop. No injuries shown.
- No nudity, sexual content or drugs.
- Mild crude humor in NPC chatter.
Language
NPC and radio DJ dialogue is family-friendly. Some licensed radio songs (hip-hop / rock stations) may contain mild profanity — parental audio controls can mute those stations.
Online interaction
- Public multiplayer (Eliminator, Trial, Open) has voice and text chat — Xbox/PSN parental controls disable both.
- Convoys can be set to friends-only.
- Photo Mode shares go through the Forza creative community — moderation exists but is imperfect.
Money in-game
Real-money purchases exist for Car Pass / VIP / expansions, but there are no lootboxes and no "pay to skip" credit packs. Forza has consistently rejected paid CR packs.
Verdict
Forza Horizon 6 is one of the safest mainstream AAA games for children 7+. The biggest parental concern is screen time, not content.
