Best drift cars (early picks)
- Nissan Silvia S15 — the textbook tandem-drift chassis.
- Toyota AE86 — light, predictable, perfect for touge.
- Mazda RX-7 (FD) — high horsepower per weight, balanced.
- Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34) — heavier, but flexible AWD-to-RWD swap.
Tune basics

Controller settings
- Steering deadzone inside: 0, outside: 100.
- Throttle deadzone outside: 95 for tap-throttle control.
- Vibration scale: 40% — keeps tactile feedback without flooding.
Initiating a drift
- Lift off throttle slightly before turn-in.
- Trail brake into the apex.
- Stab throttle past the rotation point.
- Counter-steer smoothly — never snap.
